Ashley Evans is the founder of Phoenix House of Akron, an Ohio social enterprise built on the belief that housing is the foundation and education is the engine for lasting independence.
With a background in business and entrepreneurship, Ashley created Phoenix House after recognizing that housing instability often involves more than the need for a place to live. Her vision combines transitional housing with workforce development, financial empowerment, practical life skills, and personal growth.
Through the Phoenix Pathway™, Ashley is building a structured pathway that helps individuals move from housing instability toward stability, opportunity, and lasting independence.
